1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately submitted into our fulfilment system for preparation and dispatch.
Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications after an order is placed.
If you wish to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mialondon.co.uk. While we will always do our best to review requests, please note that:
• Orders are processed quickly and may already be in preparation
• Once fulfilment has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible
• In such cases, our Returns & Refund Policy will apply

• Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be provided
